As a Registered Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, youth, adults, and their families, with a particular focus on autism and ADHD. I also work with individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based modalities, including gender-affirming and trauma-informed CBT, DBT, and EFT.  With a deep respect for the unique challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, I take a strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe that every person holds inherent abilities that can be nurtured to promote growth, resilience, and positive change.
